Chief Construction Officer
Tom Scott directs and oversees planning, practices, procedures, and personnel associated with all construction programs. He interacts with the community to assure project acceptance and works with city, county, and state officials to assure that permits are granted. He directs the preparation of budgets and reviews the operations and accounting processes to assure that budget targets are met.
